Very polite associate! Josh was very knowledgeable about the item I was buying. He was very friendly from the moment we walked in the store. He did try to sell me an item that went with what I was buying but after looking at it, we realized that it didn’t support the model I was buying. He was very apologetic for that. Overall the service was great, store was clean and set up easily enough to find what you needed.

Came here today looking for a RCA to 1/​8″ extension cable. The sales associate was nice/​polite but didn’t know what I was talking about. We stood in awkward silence, looking for the cable. I was hoping he’d ask the manager or someone who knew what I was talking about.
