Reliable and local, you can’t beat that! Parking: There’s always plenty. General Inventory: Always very well stocked. Can’t remember a time when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Occasionally an herb or something in produce, but the team is usually very helpful to look in the back for whatever it is you may need. Deli: Friendly and helpful. I only wish they had the computer screen and pre-ordering like Stop and Shop does, which makes it even quicker to pick up your deli meats on the go. They offer good prices, and a lot of different brands/selections Seafood: It seems that they share the staff with the deli and you can almost never find someone waiting in seafood to take your order. You generally have to wait for someone to run over from the deli. Often times if I’m in a rush, I don’t even bother waiting for seafood and choose something else for dinner because the wait can be a bit much. Their seafood selection is relatively fresh, especially for a large supermarket. Produce: While not the extensive supply of Market Basket, their produce offering is PRETTYGOOD. Way better than Stop and Shop who offer rotten green vegetables almost every time I go in… but nowhere near the turnover and supply of Market Basket or whole foods. Most days, this is adequate. I am a very regular shopper at this grocery store and can usually make it in and out pretty quickly. They probably could benefit from more of the«express self-serve check-outs» since at lunch time, sometimes there’s still a line… however you can usually get out of here pretty quickly, unlike Market Basket in which you might as well give up a day in order to get your groceries.

I don’t usually shop here since it is out of my way. When I do come in, it is clean and well stocked with fresh foods. In November 2014, I was shopping in this Shaw’s and passed out! The staff couldn’t have been better! from calling an ambulance to staying at my side, it made a scary experience better. I don’t know the names of the people who assisted me, but from the manager to stockers, they were exceptional! Fortunately, I don’t make a habit of passing out and everything is fine. Just still remember the kindness of the staff! thank you!

Stopped in to get a couple things, I don’t like it there because the prices are atrociously high. But I was stuck and needed a quick solution for dinner. I picked up a store made meatloaf. Thinking a nice comfort dinner would be good on a cold night. As it was cooking a scent of warm dog food emanated from the oven. This«food» had shrunk by over 50% and was boiling in the foil pan filled with fat. The smell was horrible. If they had scraped the waste of their boots and put it in a pan it would have been better. It was the most disgusting excuse for a profit I can think of. I challenge the management and executives to take one home and try their own product. I will never be back. When I need a ready made meal again, I’m driving by and going to Henry’s. You lost a customer.

I was raised in Beverly, MA and I am now over 50 so please trust my humble opinion regarding the reason why I chose on ONESTAR for the Shaw’s Market on Enon Street or ANY Shaw’s Markets for that matter. The store prices in every department are laughable or cryable and depending on which financial class you fall under that shop at Shaw’s in Beverly. Thus, If you want a clean, very quiet at all hours of the day and evening, as well as find a parking space at any hour and your not faint of heart, but you have a good sense of humor for when you unavoidably find that your experiencing«STICKERSHOCK» on everything in the store you are interested in buying from A to Z then go and«may the force be with you».! However, Shaw’s was a staple in the monthly groceries between the time they raised the flag with their name on it, back in the early 1980’s if memory serves me, and approximately 1995, when they’re prices were actually reasonable and relatively competitive and when they actually had sales that weren’t deceiving because we didn’t need to read the fine print in the flyer, and the store bustled with happy employee’s. Hence, from about that point in time(1995) and up until today I will drive several miles beyond Beverly, MA to shop, or go without it until one of the M uch B etter overall priced super markets in the area open if I need something after 9 or 10 in the evenings. Good Luck.

Let me say that I’m generally NOT a huge fan of Shaw’s. However, this store is about as good a supermarket as there is. Prices: hey prices are high everywhere but if you are careful with the items you buy-as in buy a lot of items that are on sale– it’s not bad. Also, if you want good produce, you have to pay for it. The staff seem really friendly and the store is well run. I have NO complaints!

This is possibly one of the worst grocery stores I’ve been in. The staff always seems to lazy to help you out.

I only come into here in a pinch because the prices are so ridiculously high. Even then, I feel like I have been robbed when I leave. $ 6 for a quart of cream!!! I have no idea how this place stays in business. Can’t see this place being around much longer.

You’ll only get a decent price if you have their saving card, and the items your getting happen to be on that special savings card sale at that time. Otherwise you’re paying way too much. If this is a quick walk for you and you forgot 1 item or so in your Market Basket trip, sure, go here. Otherwise save your cash. The parking lot in this plaza gets packed all day, all around EXCEPT in front of Shaws. Total opposite of Market Basket in Danvers. However, I would suggest going here if you’re trying to teach your son or daughter to bike ride or rollerskate. Their wide, clean, customer free aisle would provide a great environment for the novice rider.

This Shaws is the best supermarket in the area. High quality produce and meats. I save a lot of money using my rewards card and coupons. The prices here are going down to compete with market basket. The employees are extremely helpful. Very big parking lot and great selection too.

High prices, bad fruit selection, bad customer service. Steer clear and go back to Market Basket on Endicott Street. Even if it’s more crowded there. I only go here to pick up diet pepsi or diet coke for my sixteen hour shifts on Sundays. Maybe a thing of cottage cheese. Nothing more.

The store is clean and well stocked. The people are very nice. There are a couple problems though. The produce is usually past its prime and the prices are way higher than they should be, even with their special card. I go here mainly for their pizza at lunch. They make pizza right there and usually it’s very good. Although sometimes it’s super greasy. 1 slice will cost you about $ 2.

I live less than a three minute walk away so this store is very convienient although way pricier than Market Basket. I usually go there for some basics and stuff on sale. You need to know your prices, for example a pint of Ben & Jerry’s will set you back $ 4.79 as opposed to $ 2.50 at MB! They recently added an in– store Dunkin Donuts. The store is always clean and pretty well stocked. I have found the employees to be very friendly and helpful.

Quality of produce is equivalent to dumpster diving. At least with dumpster diving, the stuff you get is free.

This Shaw’s is a really nice one. Clean, well lit, with decently wide aisles. That said, the prices are a bit more expensive than Market Basket(in Danvers).
