After a horrible customer service experience at one of Staples’ competitors, we trudged over to Staples in North Beverly to try to print our wedding programs. Alex behind the copy desk was professional, eager to help us, explained our options thoroughly, helped us tweak the programs to make them look their very best. I would happily give them more of my business. Thanks, Staples!

Go here when you have to I guess. I’ve been selling a lotta ebay stuff over the last couple years and would go to this place for a lotta my shipping supplies. Yes they’re well stocked, yes the prices aren’t the worst(they’re not the best either, don’t buy shipping boxes there when WalMart has them for half the price), but don’t ever go here if you need something quick! Check-out is always such a hassle. Every time I go there’s one person on the register, and two or three people hanging out behind that customer service or whatever table off to the right. They let the line build up till there’s 3 or 4 people behind whoevers buying their crap then one of them slowly walks over to their register and BAM can instantly ring the next person. If they just kept a second guy back there to begin with there wouldn’t be these stupid long waits to get through this store.

I find what I need here. They have a reasonable selection of electronics for reasonable prices, for someone who isn’t looking for anything unusual. Also, a reasonable selection of office furniture. I just bought a printer through the online site, and had it delivered to the store, since I was going to be at work. That’s very helpful and convenient for me, indeed. School supplies and fun pens, printer ink. Close to my house. And generally, I’ve found the staff very helpful. It works for me. How excited can I get about office supplies? Three stars worth, that’s how.
