Anyone who loves The Beatles and photography will enjoy the current exhibit on display at the Schumacher Gallery. I love both, so I was drawn here like a moth to a flame. Eighty four black and white photographs of John, Paul, George and Ringo’s first American visit in 1964. These photographs are high quality, high resolution photographs from Life magazine photographer, Bill Eppridge and the CBS Television archives. You’ll see the Fab Four on stage during the Ed Sullivan show, their hotel room reading the newspaper and other candid shots. One of my favorites showed them having fun on the beach with their fans. They really looked like they were enjoying themselves. If this appeals to you, you’ll want to move fast. Note that the exhibition will be closed during Capital’s Spring Break but will reopen on March 3, 2014 and finish it’s run on March 22, 2014. So there’s a small window of opportunity to see this exhibit. * Hours are limited so check for times on Capital University’s website. * Admission is free.
