I keep going to Holiday Inns and they keep impressing me to the fullest!
I came for a medical school interview and needed a place to stay. We booked this Holiday Inn since it was the closest, and it was a Holiday Inn Express. Our checkin process was really smooth. Our room was clean and was taken care of when we weren’t in the room. The breakfast, although basic, was amazing everyday. They had greek yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, juices, breads, and my favorite, cinnamon rolls! Nothing to complain about at all. Holiday Inns are awesome!

The king room we chose was much larger than some of the other HIExpress that we have stayed in during our trip. The staff was very friendly and helped us find an amazing restaurant on the water.
There was some sort of loud mechanical noise we heard while staying on the second floor. Other than that our stay was uneventful. They had free breakfast but we did not take advantage of it as we had things to do and places to go. Dunkin Donuts is close by, along with other shopping.

Great for what we needed! Room was spotless and clean upon arrival and we checked-​in really early. The only thing keeping it from 5-​stars was there was no shower curtain in the bathroom! However, they brought one up right away once we let them know. Perfect for a night if you’re passing through.

The staff is great and welcoming. Perfect location, free breakfast, free wifi. You can’t go wrong with this. If we are in the area again, we will absolutely staying here.

West Hartford, CT
Hotel is clean, and quietly located behind a main road and highway. You have dunkin and a Shaws nearby. There’s also a few other stores you’d need while you’re away, such as target, Wal-​Mart, khols, and a few chain restaurants, applebees and ruby tuesday. About 15 min from old orchard beach, so staying here for vacation wouldn’t be bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept in good shape. Would highly recommend.
