I’ve had my oil changed here about a dozen times over the past few years. The employees are all really nice and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.
The only down side to coming here is the location, you have to take a right out of the garage because it’s so close to route 1.

You get what you pay for should be the motto of Prompto. They had my oil changed SO quickly, that I was honestly concerned they didn’t actually do anything… well I was half right. The next day I took my car to the dealer for other work and they noticed my oil gasket was leaking! This was the NEXT DAY and in order to have it fixed I had to let the dealer empty out the brand new oil and replace it for another $ 20, so my $ 23 oil change from Prompto turned into a $ 43 oil change. To make matters worse, when I called Prompto to complain and the manager said he couldn’t do anything for me I asked for the general manager number and when I called it it was a FAX number. GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED!!! NOT PROMPTO!
