Burbank, CA
We ran into car trouble on Saturday evening. Hertz was the only car rental open in Big Bear after 12:00 PM. And although they were out of cars for rent on Saturday they promised to give us a call the moment the car came in.
We not only received a call back but also got a ride to their rental shop which was about 5 miles.
The people (esp. Jennifer) are very friendly and they really take our dilemma into consideration!
I am really very happy with their service. I was able to return the car back to Burbank.
P. S. Unilocal somehow has not updated their phone number. This is there correct phone number — 909−585−1600
I know now that next time when I am in Big Bear whom to contact for a great service!
