James was very prompt and professional. I got a call back within a few hours and he stopped by later that day to inspect my roof and give me a quote. He started work a week later and finish in four days which was less time than expected. His pricing was also very competitive and he didn’t try to upsell. Great experience!

We had just replaced our roof two years ago with a «lifetime» guarantee. Turns out the other roofer had just tacked a sheet of roofing material to the top of the house and the wind blew it back like a blanket. When I attempted to contact the other roofer to ask about the «lifetime» guarantee, I found out HE had died 6 months earlier. So much for the «lifetime» guarantee…
This time I did my homework.
Mr. Costello is one of two trustworthy roofers in the Big Bear area based on my checking with .
local contacts. He was prompt, thorough, cost competitive and in excellent health… :-)

These guys are awesome! If you need a new roof, look no further. Very polite, always on time, reasonably priced and their work is absolutely to perfection! They got the job done quick and cleaned up to the point that we couldn’t even tell that they had been here. It was a pleasure doing business with James. He has a great eye and even fixed some flashing issues we discovered after the old roof was torn off. His entire crew was amazing. LET IT SNOW :) Thanks for a great job. We recommend this crew to anyone looking for an awesome job to be done.
