Five stars all the way. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received when I accidentally forgot the key to our Yakima rack. after a brief meltdown, I called. Long story short within less than a half hour we had our rack open. $ 15. Couldn’t be happier.

We recently used this company and Thomas was a great help to us. He went above and beyond his obligation to assist with our dilemma. He came to the rescue of our parents being locked out in the middle of the night with no way to contact anyone. Thomas was very professional and even made sure he searched our properties until everyone got in the home safe and WARM. He was very easy to talk to and get in contact with. It was going to have heavy rain and we needed to get down the hill before so we could get to work on time.

Call totally awesome locksmith that comes within 20 minutes, breaks into car for only $ 80 and saves ski day. TOTALLY AWESOME!
