If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly. In fact I am!
I’ve worked with a lot of Construction companies over the years and never have I had such amazing service. I just recently bought a second home in Big Bear.
I wish I could put these guys in my pocket and take them with me to all my properties. No job is too small or too big. The respect, kindness and stellar work they do is incomparable to any other company I’ve worked with. Brian, Joey, Carlos, Michael etc… are hard working, honest and full of integrity. They go the extra mile to ensure your happiness and high quality work.
I will always use them. For anyone who says different, well they have their own issues.
They are more than a construction company, they truly treat you like family.

Outstanding service by this contractor! This is a vacation home that I own in Big Bear Lake, so working with a contractor there, while I live full time somewhere else involves a lot of trust. I couldn’t be happier working with Gilligan Construcation, who was recommended to me by my realtor, Tyler Wood (who also happens to be the best realtor in Big Bear Lake). I work closely with the foreman of the company, Joey Basile. Joey is a great communicator, gets the work done in a timely manner, and offers the best advice at the most reasonable prices. If he tells me that I need to have something done, I do it. He also looks out for my property to let me know if any issues come up while I am not there. I’ve owned a lot of properties and dealt with a lot of contractors in my lifetime, and I can honestly say that Gilligan Construction is among the best, especially their foreman Joey. I look forward to a long working business relationship with Gilligan as we continue to maintain and upgrade our home there, and maybe even if we buy some additional properties there in the future.

I recently purchased a vacation home in Big Bear. Someone recommended Brian Gilligan to do some small repairs we needed to have done. We were so happy with him and his crew that we moved forward with bigger projects like a balcony and bathroom remodel. Brian was able to complete each task no matter how big or small in a very timely manner. His prices are reasonable and his crew does great work. His foreman Joey is an excellent communicator and would send me pictures of the progress on each project. I would get daily emails and texts which was greatly appreciated since we don’t live in Big Bear. I highly recommend Gilligan for everything from electrical to plumbing to remodels and more!

My property management company uses Gilligan Construction to take care of handyman issues and bigger jobs. Working with Brian and his foreman Joey is as easy as can be, I get estimates quickly and jobs get scheduled quickly. And the quality of work is top notch, have never had an issue. Have worked with Brian for years between this and real estate, and can’t see using anybody else.

This business is deceitful and not trust worthy– I wish I have never hired Brian Gilligan to work on my house. Like most of the big bear vacation house owner, I do not live in big bear. With paying his the full price that he asked for in wish to get a good quality work, he did never complete the job as contract stated. I paid him in full with a trust. Very surprisingly and disappointing, that once he got paid, his attitude changed. Bad work, and still incomplete. Waste of the money and he is just a headache to get hold of to do what he is paid for.

My husband and I hired Gilligan Construction, Inc. to remodel our cabin (log cabin face-​lift). Not only is the owner, Brian Gilligan, honest, organized and personable, but his crew is amazing. They were knowledgeable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend them!
