Ken Simonds – Keller Williams

We recently purchased a home, and Ken was our agent. Ken and Kathy (in the office) went beyond all expectations. Ken was always available; all calls and texts were answered immediately. On our first meeting, Ken drove us around the various neighborhoods and showed us four homes. He was honest and forthright and pointed out deficiencies in two of the homes that we would not have noticed. None of these homes were his listings. When we decided on the cabin we wanted, he negotiated a great deal for us. He was present at all inspections and gave us great advice. Five stars is not enough.

I recently, in December 2015, bought my new home in Big Bear CA. I had the pleasure of working, for the second time, with Ken Simonds as my realtor. He’s the best! He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond to all my questions, whether it was by call, text or email. I knew I could depend on him, you see, I had also worked with him 4 yrs ago when I sold my Big Bear home to move down the hill. I’m happy to be back in the mountains, and VERY happy to have had Ken as my agent again!

I just can’t say enough good things about Ken Simonds at Realty Executives in Big Bear. My wife and I have wanted a vacation home in Big Bear for over a year now. While visiting friends in Big Bear City we saw a house that looked promising and called the number on the for sale sign. Ken returned our call right away and met us at the house that same morning. He showed us the house and drove us around town to see several other listings nearby. Ken lives in Big Bear and knows all the neighborhoods and gave us lots of great advice about where to look.
We told Ken what we wanted in a vacation home and he went to work right away to find listings that met our criteria. He did not try to sell us something just because it was one of his listings. He showed us homes that were not even listed with his firm. We met with Ken several times and he always took the time to drive us around and show us what he thought might be good for us.
We narrowed it down to three homes that we really liked but the one we really loved had already started escrow. Ken did not give up; he kept in contact with the selling agent for the house we wanted and expressed our desire to buy the house. When things did not work out for the potential buyer Ken was able let us know right away and negotiate a deal for us.
We can’t thank Ken and his wife enough for all they did for us. We now own our dream cabin in Big Bear and could not be happier.
