Little Bear Smoke Shop

This establishment seems to be in the habit of acquiring stale, expired tobacco for resale. The last time it happened, the clerk phoned the owner but he insisted that it could not be exchanged. I wound up returning it to the company myself in exchange for some vouchers. This time, I’m not going to bother the employees, since they are nothing but helpful; it’s obviously a problem with the management.
As this is the only shop in Big Bear that sells my particular brand, it has seemed I had no choice but to return. After this incident, I absolutely will not give the owner of this shop another penny. Instead of heading down the mountain, I found an awesome website to order from; lilbrown .com, for just $ 2 more. Bam. Sorted.
