I called Porters after calling 2 others for quotes on work needed. Porters was very friendly and prompt. Porters gave a reasonable price quote and did the work they bid on in the time they said it would take. There are a lot companies in Big Bear and the prior I called before Porters were very pushy, and over priced. I recommend porters always.

I hope more people do business like Porter. He was our second estimate on holiday weekend, only because the other guy came out first… thank God, Porter did call back and came out. It saved us $ 900! The other guy who has the biggest woodpile in Big Bear, gave us a ridiculously over-​inflated estimate and I believe tried to scare us into using his «big crane.» Well, Porter was honest and fair and didn’t take advantage of our family. He used a crane and a bucket to remove the tree that had fallen on our cabin. We so appreciate it and we will be loyal and recommend his business as much as we can. Thanks for doing a great job, being prompt and a man of your word!
