I can not say enough wonderful comments about Tim and his crew that would give them enough justice.
We own a house on Big Bear lake. My husband and I were distressed to hear that we had a major water leak when renters were in the home. We were even more distressed to try to find competent, qualified, talented workers/​contractors here in BigBear. We have had terrible luck in the past.
I found Tim from his Unilocal review. I can’t believe that he doesn’t have hundreds of 5 star reviews.
Tim met with me right away. He had great insight and ideas. We needed a complete bathroom renovation, new hardwood floors, roof leakage repair, new lighting, major plumbing/​drainage issues under the house… The list goes on.
I met with several contractors. Tim was the most affordable. I didn’t choose him
Because of this, I chose him because he knows what he’s talking about. He’s a contractor who gets his hands dirty and does a lot of the work right next to his crew.
As all projects go (it’s an older home) Tim would find issues that needed to be addressed. He would give me several options for solutions starting with simple easy cheap fixes to more involved. It was always my decision.
Tim took pictures throughout the project and we frequently talked on the phone.
We had a deadline when the project needed to be done, and he met it! Thanks Tim!
Not only was the job done on time… it turned out beautifully. The house has never looked this good! Top notch quality workmanship. Thanks also to Steve and Dave!
I never thought that I would ever bring a contractor from Big Bear to San Diego to work on our house there, but I would ask
Tim is a great contractor! He wants to make sure that everything is perfect and that you are happy. I’m thrilled! He is also just a really great guy that treats you like a friend.
I will not hesitate to use Tim in our future projects. I know that when the word gets out, I’ll have a hard time to get him.
