Lee’s Landscaping Design

I joined Unilocal solely to WARN OTHERS about Lee’s Landscaping.
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! Do NOT use Lee’s Landscaping for anything. I signed a contract with Lee’s in August of 2013. The work is STILL NOT done. Lee’s refuses to do anything else on my property until I pay him $ 11,500. I have gone over the original contract line by line to determine what the financial bottom line is. Lee’s will not respond to any of my questions or produce any invoices to substantiate their claims.
Lee’s also claims that I owe him money for jobs that he did not do, such as brick edging in a rain garden and sod repair for the rain garden. There IS NO rain garden.
Lee’s said I should send no more e-​mails to them until I am ready to pay the $ 11,500. Lee’s still has to complete over $ 45,000 of work on my project that I already paid him for.
Lee’s Landscaping is a disorganize, non-​functional company that I wish I had never heard of. Do not be sucked in my the slick sales people.
To top it off, LEGAL ACTION AGAINST LEE’S is being taken, so I wouldn’t put any money down for a project, as the future of the company is unknown…
