This use to be the best shop in town. You could walk in with 15 people in line and still get out of there in five minutes.
Since the new management took over there has been a significant decine in service.
Incorrect orders on a consistent basis. The food and service is cold.
If you have just one person in front of you, your wait is at least ten or fifteen minutes.
I would avoid this place at all cost.

go to a different dunkin donuts. this place is slow, never gets your order right, rude when you ask where your food and drink is after waiting 10 minutes. only 2 people working the whole place. miserable. 3 customers walked out while i was waiting. «this place sucks» is what one of them yelled out on their way out. its true.

When I first entered one of the workers had to yell at another worker cause he was in the backroom hanging out. After I ordered I waited 15 minutes when the lady gave me my food and realized she didn’t make one of the sandwiches. When I told her I wanted ketchup she just threw a handful into my bag. The sandwiches didn’t come with cheese and had so much sauce on it that I got it all over my clothes! Normally it comes with cheese and barely any sauce.
