Great eye exam but not a lot of choices in glasses.

The customer service was top notch. Friendly employees. Very professional and personal. Explained everything in detail, I made a same day appointment, was even seen 15 minutes early. I chose gorgeous frames and received a 25% discount on my frames and lenses, from my Blue Cross Health coverage policy. And the $ 75 eye exam cost was also paid by my insurance. I walked out of there with $ 400 glasses, and an eye glass cleaning kit for only a total of $ 221. I saved about $ 149.
And I am very happy with Cambridge Eye Doctors in Billerica. I am a bit nervous that they are changing their name to Vison World?, I believe a new business merger or something. I do hope they keep up the excellent service that I exhibited even after this merger. Quite frequently after a business merger, excellent service can get compromised as the higher ups are only looking for an immediate return on investment from the merging of the companies. I hope this does not happen, as I am very happy now, and would hate to have to switch to a different company.

Well… I’ve been their customer for last 6 years. Great doctors, nice staff etc. Today I decided to check the price of the contact lens I’ve been buying from them for all those years. It turned out I’ve been paying double from the Web price!!! When I told them about the price I see on the Web they were agreed to match it right away. Sounds weird that someone can easy go from $ 138 to $ 77…If you need contacts and you are smart enough to read this on Unilocal go to any web site and buy them for the half price!!!

Absolutely fantastic. Each and every staff member was engaging, courteous and over-​the-​top helpful! My full eye exam was quick yet thorough, and I was in and out in a flash. Made my appointment same day and within hours I had my benefits explained to me, new glasses and new contacts and left with a huge smile on my facce! I left thinking «Why can’t all appointments be this easy». Thank you so much!
