My son hit a deer and we were referred to Big Sky Collision.
They scheduled him 5 weeks out for repairs to begin, then had his car for 2 more months. They apparently did a run-​around with the insurance company, and neither the insurance company nor Big Sky let my son, or us know, about it.
My husband went in after the car had been there for a month and a half, they told him that the car would be done that Friday. My son called a couple of days later, and they told him it would be 2 more weeks. My husband went back in the next day, and they told him Friday again. The following Wednesday, it still wasn’t done.
A lot of run-​around. My son lives in Columbus and works in Billings, so not having his car has been an extreme burden and horrible inconvenience.
The schedule seems extremely unreasonable, the communication horrible, and the service was not very good.
He finally got his car back, but a couple dents remain that were supposed to be included with the work. They offered to fix them, but my son just really needed his car back.
