Extensive (and awesome) selection of tea, teapots and accessories, but the sales people are pretty new age-​y. They aren’t pushy though. Service can be verrrry slow.

Awesome place. They’ve got a room filled with teas for you to spend as much time as you want. My buddy and I went during lunch. Just start smelling and tell them which ones you want a bag of as you go.

My family has used herbs to cure many things. I love Boston Harbor Tea ! Their herbs are always fresh and of high quality. I have moved to Denver and so miss having Boston Harbor close by. I understand they will also ship my herbs to Colorado. That makes me very happy.

I live in New Jersey and go to school in Boston, MA, but I always make sure to stop by when I am vacationing biannually in Billings. Boston Harbor Tea is by far the best tea shop I have known. It excels in price and variety beating out super market brands, Teavana, and other independent shops. I will make a point in the future to order tea by mail from Boston Harbor; I love it that much!
