Broadwater Walk In Clinic

Morning in the SPVN Urgent-​care walk-​in clinic wasn’t the way I wanted to start my vacation, especially w/​my cousin’s wedding in the afternoon, but, got nasty spider bite yesterday, and looked even worse today. So, here I am. Waiting room was clean and pleasant, w/​TV and even Keurig coffee (nice touch). The woman at check-​in was very friendly and sympathetic, and let me know that it would likely be a 1−½ hour wait, since only one person on staff and 6 people in front of me (sigh), but I appreciated knowing, and took a walk around the neighborhood.
Once I was in, the nurse practitioner was very friendly, seemed fairly knowledgeable, prescribed me some antibiotics, and I was on my way. Overall, happy with the service they provided.

Horrible service. Clinic was dirty. Doctor unprofessional. I felt like I was made to feel i wasted my time and money. Doctor and nurse talking about patients in front of me. Doctor over worked. I will never go back for care.
