Perhaps it’s just a product of being in a small town but their service and customer relations are beyond horrible. Their maximum fiber bandwidth, claimed to support multiple devices, barely supports a single smart phone much less a single streaming movie. Then when I cancelled the service well within the 30 day money back guarantee, they repeatedly call me claiming I owe them a final bill of over $ 57. Half a dozen different conversations later with their customer support team trying to collect that final bill, despite the fact that each previous representative told me that I was indeed within the money back period and it was taken care of. The last conversation with then ended with their promise to call me back with a confirmation that is was settled within three days, that was over a week ago. Given their performance so fast I imagine they submitted me to a collection agency. At this point I wouldn’t use them for 90% discount.
HAHAHA! And I was right, they handed me over to a collection agency, funny that the collection agency seemed to have all of my information available right in front of them yet century link couldn’t find the keyboard their representatives were typing on. Once again, I’ve been reassured that this is taken care of…

Absolutely the worst. Save yourself $, headaches and hours not being on hold and look elsewhere for your Internet. I’ll save the rant but rest assured it was a bad experience
