I have really enjoyed food from here before, but the last time I ate here will be the last. I ordered the seafood burrito I believe, and halfway though I looked at the shrimp and they had not been deveined at all. I just picked them out and continued to eat just the crab. Well a little bit further into it, I noticed a piece of crab had a blackish blue color throughout it. So I just threw the rest out. Within 8 hours I had such bad food poisoning that I was in the emergency room for the rest of the night. If you eat here, avoid seafood at all costs.

I was really disappointed in the chile verde. The pork was so dry! The rice and beans were good, the chips and salsa were ok… the wait staff was not knowledgeable at all which was a bit concerning, I mean if they don’t eat there… should I? I’m not so sure I will come back for another round.

It’s hard to find good Mexican food in Billings. El Corral isn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it’s the best I’ve ever had in Billings. Family owned, with the same guy cooking and the same lady taking orders for as long as I’ve been coming (8 years), they get it right every time. Hint to other «Mexican» restaurants: if your beans look like a scoop of ice cream, you’re doing it wrong. Come to El Corral to see how they should look and taste.

Family-run Mexican restaurant. Pretty good food that is worth the price. Good lunch specials. Good beans and rice and salsa. Certainly is worth a try.

You guys are nuts! I love the place. Order enchiladas Suisas and calm down! And fajitas? Damn good! And kids run around and Mexican music is playing… it is exactly what it is supposed to be… delicious and affordable.

Our family LOVES El Corral! We have tried almost everything on the menu and love it all. My favorite is the fish tacos… they are amazing! The owners and their staff are always friendly and attentive. Out of all the Mexican restaurants in town this is our favorite.

While at the truck shop in billings I got a hankering for some Mexican food. The guy in the shop said I had to try El Corral. I tried them, an I am pleasantly surprised. I had the cheese enchiladas and they tasted fresh. The sauce was home made and ample amounts of cheese. The dining area seemed old and needed to be remodeled.
