This company does not even deserve 1 star.
The apartments aren’t that up to date, but I really can’t complain about that because of the price. But I must warn you, when your lease is up and you are ready to move, they are very sly and sneaky when it comes to returning your deposit. They took off almost $ 300 dollars off my deposit. And it take 30 days for you to receive it.
They deduct things that I was supposed to clean but those things weren’t clean when I moved in. I told them about it but they brushed it off. And they are very dishonest.
So in conclusion, if you don’t care about your deposit, how up to date and clean the apartment is when you move then this is the place for you or if you don’t care about honesty and integrity in a company then this is the place for you.
But if you do care about those things then please stay away. You will be better off in the long run.
