I bought a Lancome product that I was very dissatisfied with and they gladly returned it I did not have my receipt but they were very understanding they return the product and ordered me a different one the staff was very friendly and nice I really like the new store how it is so well lit up and bright

Not good customer service from the sales associate in the appliance section. We are reward members there were a stack of coupons by his cash register and didn’t even offer to use one. Above that there was a tag missing from an item we wanted to purchase and he said that he wouldn’t sell it to us, we, so we didn’t purchase it. We have had better service at Walmart Luckily I have the herbergers app on my phone and had some rewards cards so we did get a deal. But my husband said we were treated like chumps. And that’s not a good feeling especially when spending over 200 dollars!

I was really surprised how big this place is, they are a great alternative to Sears and pennies. They are compatible in price to the fore mentioned. Great selection in clothes and shoes. You think you left the store and it just continues
