The last time I was here, all I wanted was to buy a dang pen. I went in, was not greeted (though several employees looked at me), took me forever to find a very specific pen. After I finally found it and walked up to the counter, only to be ignored by the cashier, who turned around and helped someone else (who looked like she’d been ignored for awhile). I literally had no one say one word to me the entire time I was there. I walked out without buying anything, went over to Office Max, where they were more friendly and bought my pens there.
