Horrible customer service and low quality rentals. We rented a tent for our outdoor wedding. When we unrolled the tent, it was torn at most of the corners where the tent is held up by the poles. We couldn’t use it for our wedding because it looked so bad. When I called to get a refund, I was told that those tears are«wind flaps» …please! I’ve worked many events in LA and NYC and know what wind flaps in tents look like. And these were tears. Inconsistently placed tears that would have made my wedding look trashy. I’m out $ 200 now and I’ll never work with Party Time again. So unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find a legit place to rent your event supplies from.

We rented a heater for our Blue Moon Float Fest. We already had 2 patio heaters, but with the cool nights at the cabin, and Stage 2 Fire Restrictions, we needed heat. The heater we rented was broken, we called to ask about how to fix. The guys in the shop tried to help us, but we were already up in Red Lodge. We ended up borrowing our neighbors patio heater. Upon the return to Party Time Plus, I explained what happened and wanted a refund. Since we didn’t get the insurance, they charged us for the repair, and returned the balance to us. I guess that’s fair, but next time I would check the equipment before we drive to Red Lodge. Oh, and we could have rented in Red Lodge, except the hours of pick up and return were difficult for our schedule.
