Scott Duprey gave my husband and I excellent customer service! I work in retail and I really look for that. He was very informative and had our best interest at heart. I saw him a week after our flooring was installed at the grocery store and he was excited to hear how we liked it! Not only were we satisfied with the flooring but with Scott as well. I highly recommend Pierce Flooring.

Jim Moreland, Pierce Flooring Salesman, did an outstanding job with a client of mine who needed to have carpet installed in a cabin, some 90 miles from Billings. I was sure that he would have trouble finding someone willing to measure and deal with the project. However, Jim drove up to NYE, MT on a Saturday, measured the cabin layout, (very weird dimensions), found my client some medium quality grade neutral carpet to match the earth tones of the wood interior and natural surroundings. My helping my client choose color & quality, he was able to carpet the entire Cabin (with install) for $ 4,000.
