Rimrock Cabinet Company did our new kitchen. I chose Rimrock Cabinet from their really great photos on the back of a local bimonthly magazine. The kitchens were always so professionally done, I decided to at least give them a shot at giving me a estimate. I should state that before I went in their doors, I had also gotten a bid from the local LOWE’S, HOMEDEPOT, and another local company. Everything they designed was ordinary and standard. I was looking for AHHHHHAAAA! OVER-THE-TOP. In any case, Jim at Rimrock did up three/four designs and had them to me a week later. My husband and I spend another week selecting this about one sketch, that about another. I took all those comments/ideas back to Jim, and away he went again. The process of selection, order and install was a little longer for us, because we did the destruction. Rimrock did the installation. Rimrock uses The Counter Toppers for their granite, marble, etc.(see that review-I loved them) I gave Jim a date of when we would be ready for install, and he made it work. There were a few panels that needed to be reordered, but Rimrock took care of that in a timely manner. The install crew was Don and Zack who have been doing Kitchens for quite some time. They were friendly, kept in touch with me, and cleaned up REALLY well when they left.(Very impressive) I can honestly say, that the kitchen remodel wasn’t that bad(although I did have a melt-down day– it was short lived). In the end, we have a finished product that is one of beauty and function which will last us for years to come.
