Went and used the high pressure bed here, greeting was just So so, asked for my name and I let them know I was a first timer for their salon, on their sheet for the bed, it said first time customers price is half off, he said it was a 20 minute bed, in the bed it said it’s a 30 minute bed, after I was finished, I asked why he gave me 20 not 30 and he said that first timers get the 20 minutes and he didn’t think I’d want to pay the full price for the full time, but on the paperwork it doesn’t state one time that I don’t get the full time of the bed, it just said first timers get half off the price. Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Would never go there again, and would not recommend the Salon either.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and have spent hundreds of dollars. Friendly customer service is in short supply here, speaking only of the owner. She is quite curt and not very helpful.

Went here to get a base before i went on vacation to Mexico. The staff was friendly.
