Grand Biscayne

Grand Biscayne was by far the worst place I have ever lived in my life. I moved in after a lady who smoked and even though the carpet was changed, the smell stayed and management did nothing about it. The walls are thin and your neighbors WILL disturb you even unintentionally. You will get charged for everything and receive the horrible service. I locked myself out because I was leaving to take care of an emergency. They charged me $ 25 to get back in (which was fine) but the guy showed up 45 minutes after I called. I rented the clubhouse for a shower and I had to clean up the mess that their employees left before I could host my party. Staff lacks concern for residents and is unprofessional. The employees are always goofing off in the office or are on personal calls. They seriously lack concern for residents. Your rent check is going to nothing but letting these people sit around and collect a pay check. You will pay for every service and damages (even ones not incurred by you). If you can live ANYWHERE else, I would advise you to do so.
