Worst Mickey D’s ever! This review is only about their McCafe and their service since I didn’t order food here.
I came here craving an iced caramel latte when I got it, it came barely filled, and then it was totally white (it’s supposed to be a light-​medium brown color). So I saw it coming and I took a sip it tasted overly gross, way too sweet, no caramel taste, and no espresso. like hmmm somebody really screwed it up it was far from what I ordered.
I then spoke up and told the manager and asked and she just blew me off and said that’s how it’s supposed to taste?! (Umm Nopers In my head I’ve tried this drink plenty of times to not be tricked lol) So I asked for an Iced Mocha hoping it would resolve the issue. The manager was giving me attitude and told the young girl whom remade the drink to have me sip it first before she put ice in it. I just played it cool like it was fine, but literallly it was just sweet, mocha taste with no espresso/​coffee in it again.
Maybe they need to reexamine their recipe or retrain their workers. I’d probably blame it on poor management.

It’s Mickie D’s! Same food. Same place. Tastes the same everywhere and sometimes that’s a good thing.
Actually we don’t go to McD’s but maybe 4 times a year but we were on the road and were starving. A 10 piece nugget meal, kids double cheese burger meal, quarter pounder meal and Big Mac were what we expected. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Had the Deluxe for lunch. The bun threw the whole review off. The bun was not fresh or placed somewhere which made it loose moisture. It was hard like a biscuit. Beef and ingredients were good but the bun pushed the rating to 2 stars. Should have reported to the manager but was in a rush. Not busy for lunch so plenty of time to prepare the food right.
Also I noticed and confirmed today that some McDon establishments have placed a tech block device for those trying to use apps such as Unilocal.As soon as you get within 25 feet of the establishment you become blocked. And even more so if you log onto the free Wi ’ Fi McDon has.

Consistently the worst service I have ever received at a McDonald’s (and my expectations of service for the chain in general are low to begin with). The drive thru is a disaster. Even with 2 lines, you can easily wait for 20 minutes for your food. The last 2 times I have been through the drive thru I’ve been asked to pull forward and wait for my order (even though I was ordering basic, non special order menu items). This is a trick in order to keep their metrics on drive thru wait times high. The employees are unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food orders are quite often incorrect.
