looking for a Franklin Covey planner recently; started at the Promenade location but they didn’t have much – even less in the way of paper filler – so came over here and they had a wonderful selection plus gobs of paper for whatever your need: daily, weekly or monthly planning. The only problem was that their planners only came in black and brown, all of them seemed bulky, and there didn’t seem to be much else offered on the Franklin-​Covey website. When I got an email from Office Depot to review the planner after my purchase, it was rejected. In reviewing Office Depot’s guidelines against my statements that the Franklin Covey planners were bulky and only offered in dark colors, I was unable to find the problem, unless it was my giving it four stars rather than five. In any case, Office Depot now has my Franklin Covey review. The cost of the leather planner was $ 50 and the paper to go inside (a year’s worth of 2-​page-​day) was $ 36, a great deal for its convenience and time-​saving qualities, considering that it will last for years. However, I will never shop for Franklin Covey supplies, printer ink and paper, or other office supplies from Office Depot again as a result of their rejection. PEOPLE may pan my reviews, but it is bad form for a business to reject INVITED customer reviews. Too bad, because the employees at this store were always helpful and kind.
