I have waited two years to write this review and am finally out of a contract that I should have never entered. I went with a local company because I was looking to build a relationship. I even paid a little more expecting I would get what I paid for. Instead I purchased faulty equipment with 70 service calls to replace over inflated prices for simple batteries. And then to top it off when I personally went to their office to cancel the service I was berated by their staff for canceling the service.
Throughout my contract I sent several emails and calls that took more than a week to get a reply only to tell me at their technicians would take three days and it would cost 70 bucks.
This is a horrible company with subpar customer service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Read my reviews, I am fair and impartial but this company should have never been allowed to be in business. Go with monotonous or adt and save yourself the headache.
