Not a very approachable staff. I had to say ‘hello’ and ‘how are you’ when I walked in. I’ve worked in customer service all my life so that really irritates me for some reason. Food was good and made fast. Not a very busy store. Maybe that’s a bad sign? I hope not…

It’s odd that a place 1.23 miles from me won’t drive a sandwich over to me, but that’s expected with their weird delivery policy. What’s unsettling is walking in to pick up an order and first off not be greeted, but furthermore not have eye contact made at all, even after basic attempts at communication. A hearty«Hello!» was met with zero verbal response or even eye contact and the only person behind the counter that did accidentally make eye contact quickly diverted his eyes. The only communication that was had was with the register, as the employee stared at the touchscreen and mumbled«oh this was already paid for». Icing on the cake was that my existence wasn’t even acknowledged as in «oh –you– already paid for this», instead referring to the order instead of the man clearly standing in front of her attempting to make an effort to exchange the most basic of pleasantries. The food was good, and the order was accurate, I guess maybe I’m asking for too much to be acknowledged; good, bad, or otherwise. Maybe they can set up a drop box for pick up orders outside the door for online orders that have been paid for, to avoid all that awkward«talking to people».

Our office had several issues with this Jimmy Johns location failing to deliver or timely deliver sandwiches on a dozen occasions but once the regional manager was notified of the situation he stepped in and owned the mistake. He provided us with a catered lunch. It is a step in the right direction.

First of all. This is the 3rd time in 2 months that our law firm has waited on food for over an hour. This is the slowest Jimmy Johns that we have ever had. We are less than a mile from it. On top of that when you go in the employees don’t have the best manners in the world. I would rather go to McDonald’s or Burger King than wait around on a sandwich that doesn’t get made right half the time anyway. EDITTOREVIEW: IT’S NOWBEEN3HOURS!
