Performance Orthopedics

I’m not sure what sort of doctors offices the other reviewer frequents to have these unrealistic expectations, but the experiences I’ve had at Performance Orthopedics have been very positive. Friendly front desk staff, free wifi (!), ample free parking, clean and modern space. The staff listened to my situation and prepared Dr. Guettler to speak with me so he knew my whole story walking in the room before we even met. I also appreciate that after sending me for an MRI, Dr. Guettler (or Dr. Joe, as he introduces himself) and I were able to talk about conservative treatment options to help buy me some time until any arthroscopic surgery is needed.
I’m in the medical field so I have a greater appreciation for all the moving parts behind the scenes that most people probably don’t think about. This office has their acts together. Great office, great doctor, great experience.

First time visit here review. Waited about 10 minutes in waiting room… not bad. Then went back to my room. Young, pretty blond girl asked me a bunch of questions then SHE decided to take a bunch of X-​rays. She clearly though and acted like the doctor. When the REAL doctor finally came in I decided to time it. Dr. James Bicos was a fast talker and didn’t have much time or take barely any questions from me. 5:13 seconds. Yes, 5 MINUTES and 13 SECONDS. Of course I had questions to ask after I left since I was ushered out so quickly. I called 3 times to get an answer and 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting on a response. I will NEVER go back and I would NEVER recommend.
