If I could give 0 stars I would. Jerry’s review is spot on. In the short time I’ve lived here I’ve had a druggie passed out from a heroin overdose in my hallway and I have found a needle in the parking lot. The cops have called me at 3am asking me to let them into the building. On another night they broke down the door to our building and a door to another tenants apt(Coolidge has still not fixed the lock on the door, and it’s been 2 weeks and we are not in a good neighborhood). They have left us without heat and hotter for 5 days in October. And we have been infested with cockroaches for 3 months. Interestingly enough, when I complained about the drug activity and asked if I could transfer to a different building I was told they haven’t heard of any complaints nor police reports about the issue… which are clearly all lies. In fact Tammy,(who is the biggest bitch i’ve met, and runs the office) has done nothing but lie to me and feed excuses. They wouldn’t turn the heat on until I called the 2nd time threatening to call code enforcement. Her excuse was that they didn’t know new york law required they turn it on. If you like writing checks to liars, and sharing your home with cockroaches, drug dealers and their customers, move on it. Let me know though, I get $ 100 of my rent if I refer someone. Ha! This place makes living in binghamton feel like hell.
