Binghamton, NY
Terrible service. Don’t honor your seat nothing is guaranteed. Must show up hour before to possibly have your seat. Staff not helpful. Would never go back to greyhound. Spend 20 bucks more but go to coach or megabus and get better service and get on bus without waiting all day for incompetent people and buses to come!

Cliffside Park, NJ
I travel with Greyhound monthly to take the 3 hour trip here to go see my family. I’ve had both good and irritating experiences with Greyhound as a whole but at the Binghamton location, I have to say since they did a complete remodel, it’s 10 times better.
This location is in the heart of downtown, which in and of itself leaves a lot to be desired, but this station is new and updated. The staff are friendly and there’s plenty of seating for you and your bags.

Rego Park, NY
Want to enjoy going to NYC, Philadelphia, Ithaca, Scranton or elsewhere without a hassle? No excuse not to enjoy the clean, new terminal next to BC Transit thanks to the City of Binghamton. Take my word for it: The staff are the best I’ve seen anywhere — you’re dealing with responsive, seasoned, approachable professionals.
Note: Station is absolutely in no way the ‘worst’ part of town as a previous reviewer mentioned. Better examples: Try the stations in Philadelphia, Wilmington DE or Baltimore for that experience !
Plenty of law enforcement is present in Binghamton.

Highland Park, NJ
This bus station is in a very scary part of town (especially at night). It doesn’t put the best face of Binghamton forward when our guests and residents step off of a bus and are immediately surrounded by run down buildings with broken glass. What a shame.
However, the terminal itself is beautiful. Very clean, spacious and plenty of seating. Good vending machines, friendly staff and a cute gift shop. I felt very safe inside and it was easy to meet up with the people I was picking up there.
This would be a four star review if the parking lot was bigger and had a better layout, the lot is always full when I go to pick people up and I have to circle around or park on the street. The urban planners missed the mark on that one. :(

New York, NY
It’s a bus terminal, a stop along the way or the place to wait for the next bus that will take you where you need to go. Beautiful new terminal, new seats and friendly people. Clean bathrooms and even a little diner in there.
Usually only run in to use the restrooms or grab a drink as it’s a stop on the way from NYC to Upstate NY but impressed with it compared to many of the other stops along the way. It’s the cleanest that I’ve seen also compared to Port Authority, Newark, NJ, Scranton, PA, Ithaca, Geneva, or Rochester. Overall not a bad place to wait.

Brooklyn, NY
Nice and shiny new location in downtown Binghamton. Greyhound as well as Shortline buses depart from here. We purchased bus tickets to the city and it couldn’t have been easier, well, except when we walked in there was no one at the counter. Turns out the counter person is also the bag person? Not sure. Anyway, he made it really simple and easy to purchase our tickets. $ 40 one way to the city, express. The buses are really comfy and come equipped with WIFI and outlets! That’s so awesome. Our bus driver was also pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely take Greyhound again. Beats driving!
