I give 4 stars for the cheap price and for the three dishes I stick to: vegetable lo mein(spicy is more flavorful), Hunan chicken, and Singapore mai fun. I’ve ventured beyond those choices a few times but was disappointed each time, so now i stick to my old faithfuls. The service is quick(10 min for 2 small portions), and the portions ample. When ordering though, be sure to enunciate clearly and have the lady repeat back to you to make sure the orders are taken correctly; one time we got chicken lo mein instead of vegetable lo mein(but she didn’t charge extra for the mistake). The place feels like a hole in the wall, but for the price and convenience, I would recommend giving it a try.

I’ve been eating from this restaurant for years! The food has never disappointed and you never wait too long for the food. I’ve had a variety of the menu options and would recommend most of the menu. The portions are pretty big, always enough for me to eat the next day. The food itself is pretty authentic and you’re able to watch the chefs cook your food so you see exactly what they are doing. The people are kind and friendly, sometimes their kids will be there and they’re also really friendly too.

For the classic Chinese restaurant i’d say Red Wok is comparably good. However, the quality of the meat is what you pay for. A positive aspect if that the prices are very cheap. I usually stick to ordering tofu because it is by far the healthiest option. The delivery service is always very quick. Portions are always fair. Overall I am a repeat customer of Red Wok, and prefer it over China One.

when it comes to chinese i tend not to stray too far from the places in my immediate area, but a friend of mine told me that this was his favorite place so i decided to check it out. my overall impression is that it’s just ok, there was nothing here that blew me away that i felt the need to go out of the way for, and the service isn’t that great, most places have your food done in 10 to 15 minutes, but the last time i was here it took over 30 minutes and they didn’t give me any soda or soup with my lunch platter, and every time i went they never gave me a fortune cookie with my meal i’ll start off with what i judge a place by, General Tsos. the sauce was sweeter than i’m used to and i didn’t care too much for it. the Sesame chicken was better but again just mediocre. The Chicken with Orange sauce(aka orn-gee chicken) was the best chicken dish i’ve had from here. the pork fried rice is ok, i’ve had worse and i’ve had better. theirs doesn’t have sprouts, which is a plus in my book, but it does have carrots and peas. i’ve tried their regular spare ribs and also the boneless, both of which had decent flavor but the ribs on the bone were kinda tough, but that’s usually how they are at chinese places. they do have a couple things here that i haven’t seen at other chinese take-out restaurants. Red Wok has wings that they actually toss in garlic sauce, and i did like them, so those are worth trying. they also have fried chicken on the menu. the meat was tender and cooked all the way through, but the breading was a little soggy and there wasn’t much flavor. i doubt it was breaded in house though. they also have a cheesesteak eggroll on the menu. while the meat was just ground beef and not actual steak, it was still pretty good, it had a nice flavor from the cheese and onions they put in it. all in all, i’m sure you can find something here on the menu that you’d like, just don’t order from here if you’re in a rush

Horrible customer service. My friend and I received the wrong order and when we called to notify them the woman we spoke to was non compliant, rude and hung up on us. When we returned and demanded to speak to a manager they claimed that none were present. never eating there again

It’s conveniently located, and does delivery. Pretty disappointed at how few chinese places in Binghamton have online ordering options. Their prices are fair, but their General Tsao is pretty tasteless. Their steam dumplings are good though. Speedy and friendly service, but meh, I’ve had better tasting food elsewhere. It’s good enough if you’re REALLY hungry.

I cannot believe I didn’t hear about this place sooner. It is a five minute walk from my home, so I’ll definitely be visiting a lot more frequently. The menu is pretty much a replica of other chinese take-out places. The one thing that is different is that its menu explicitly gives you the option of having just the white meat of chicken. Their lo-mein was also different — it was noticeable thinner than at other restaurants, but delicious nonetheless. They make sure to stuff your container to the fullest, which is always a plus!

I am so glad that I live near this place. I usually order the lunch special since it’s so cheap and it’s 7 days a week! You get the dish + a wonton soup or a soda for $ 4 – 6. The food usually lasts me 3 whole meals.(I advise against this for nutrients sake). Word of advice: Bring cash! They do not accept credit cards :[
