This location could probably use a few more hands on deck.
Starbucks will never let me down, but the poor barista making drinks for everyone inside and everyone in the drive thru is a little rough.
Besides that, the coffee and bagels is still tops.

Why is the guy behind the FOOD PREP and BAKERY counter, at 9 am on thanksgiving morning, combing his already nasty greasy hair. Right there. As he prepared my breakfast sandwich!!! I lost my appetite, requested a refund and then was subjected to the passive-​aggressive behavior of the cashier…
This same dark haired guy had also said, repeatedly, to the baristas… «Hey, i need more Oprah.» He did this while swishing around some dark liquid in a blender. He did this three times until someone finally pretended that they knew what he meant. I still don’t and find it offensive that somethng is called an Oprah.
The only person who was amused was the passive-​aggressive, hysterically laughing at nothing, cashier.
Greasy-​guy and cackling-​girl should both find other jobs.
The cappucino was amazing. I feel sorry for the bald guy and the blond lady who had to put up wth these two.

I love the friendly staff here. It’s halfway between my place in Nyc and my brother who lives near Syracuse. It’s always clean and never overcrowded. They make my drinks just right and had coconut milk when I stopped in today. I love the new coco lait look Sbux! Thanks for listening!

We stop at Starbucks all over this country and others. I’ve never left a review in 30+ years. Until today. This location was very busy and generally all seemed well except I got a girl at the cash register with an attitude. She didn’t want to be bothered to make a Bold cup of coffee because in the afternoon it normally is made by the cup. They had plenty of staff. Then I also ordered an ice tea. When it came up with several other drinks I asked if that was mind and the reply was, «could be». Must be having a difficult day there.

So If I had to have an office outside of my house, This is it! Let it be known People that the table with the two big windows is my desk! The Staff makes it so inviting and knows you! I haven’t gotten to the counter before my drink is already made for me! I Love This Starbucks and if I had an office staff with a Coffee bar they would totally be it!!!

A medium-​sized Starbucks with a convenient drive thru. My drinks have always turned out perfect here.
Except for the one time some one STOLE my drink (who takes a drink w/​o checking for their name?) in which case I can not contest to the quality of said beverage.
I really hope it tasted like crap, just that once.

I’m visiting relatives in Pennsylvania and Starbucks are few and far between where they live. On the way to have lunch with friends in NY, we stopped at this Buckys along the interstate. What a wonderful site it was to see the green lady. It’s the 3rd year I’ve stopped at this outlet on the way to our annual luncheon.
The staff was very nice, made the drinks exactly as asked, and the one who operated the register transferred a balance from a gift card to my Gold card.
The loss of ½ star was for the lack of seating. It’s partly the fault of the lack of seating and also because too many people spend hours on their laptops doing school work. Broome Community College is right across the street.
