I’ve been going to carolyn’s pretty pups for 2 years and would never go anywhere else. They are very professional, friendly and caring. My dogs alway look amazing after every visit.

Not very well trained staff… they shaved off my dogs nipples… my family was mortified… I called immediately when I found the issue… that same day… only to be told the owner was NOT there… I never heard back… Not even a apology… my poor pup… how can you NOT notice that a dog is bleeding on their stomach and from where??? Then to not even tell me??? Wtf
