Just moved here from Nashville. Been driving by CJ for a while. Needed rotation so called them. Got an oil change also. Went to pay and only charged me for oil change. Free tire rotation. Very kind and a great perk. Will be back for oil and new tires when I need them

I’m not one to often write reviews, but my wonderful experience here certainly warrants one. I purchased tires online through Goodyear, and chose CJs for delivery and installation as it was the closest installation location to me. I contacted them to be sure that all I had to do was pay online, and they would take care of the rest. Their customer service was fabulous on the phone, and thy assured me my tires would be ready first thing this morning for me. When I arrived this morning, I was warmly greeted. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area as well as the restrooms! My service was done in about 30 minutes. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I will definitely be returning!

First time using CJ Tire and Auto. Had to get PA inspection and emissions on my daughters car. Didn’t know they provided more services than just tires so I was surprised to find out. Lobby is extremely clean and inviting. Waiting area is packed full of amenities including tv, drinks, snacks, kids area, video games etc.

I had a fantastic experience at CJ’s tire today. Staff (Michelle and Chris) went out of their way to help me and cannot thank them enough for all that they did. I am certain now, that I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location. They had great customer service and great pricing. Hard to find these days.

I went to five tire stores before I got to CJs looking for the oddly sized tires on my car. I needed them immediately because the steel belts had broken in one tire, making it unsafe.
They were the only ones with the correct size in stock and actually had three different brands.
The showroom is clean and they had a play area for my little guy.
It was fairly busy. They quoted me 45 minutes to get the tires done and it was closer to 30.
I’ll definitely be back!

Received a message on our phone today from the manager of CJ’s Tire company stating that they have received the parts they damaged, back from the Honda dealer. They now agree the damage was due to excess torque and say they will reimburse me for the cost of repairs.

I purchased a pair of new tires from CJ’s Birdsboro location. Denis at counter greeted us and helped us out. Gave us some good advice and direction. Very nice clean showroom. Fair price and good service. I will definitely return and I recommend you check them out.

Perhaps I get exceptional service fro CJ Tire because everyone in my family has been buying tires from them for 40 years… when they look for my account on their computer they see a page full of our last name, and another page, and another page, for about six pages; it is obvious that we are important customers. I was not happy with the Uniroyals that came on my pickup; they got me a set of Michelins as warranty replacements! I paid a small amount for the tread wear. Skip promised a good price when I need tires for our bucket truck; I know they’ll keep that promise. I brought a set of ‘performance’ wheels for my 1976 TR-​7 sports car that I had powder coated and they remounted the tires (originally bought from them) for free without a mark on the new paint. They mounted a tire on a new rim for our 1943 farm tractor, found a tube for our front end loader (it was an emergency) and explained why our daughter’s used card didn’t handle right with cable bead tires in front and wire bead tires in back (the dealer put four new tires on in that case). Skip, his son Paul, Bob Koralewski… they all know what they are doing. The Birdsboro store is only a mile away, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else regardless.

I am a customer at this location due to my parents and family been customers for years. They still have good service but its not what it used to be years ago.

I’ve never had any issue with this location. I like the staff, they are always helpful and friendly. I’ve been doing business with them for years and never had any issues. I guess it also helps that I have close friends that work here.

CJ’s Tires do have the lowest price on tires compared to local competition on what they carry. They have signs indicating they handle other brands but when I asked for a price they said they couldn’t do it unless I ordered them. Why would I order something I don’t know the price of? CJ’s does offer free tire rotation.
Now the bad. I recently found I could get the tires I wanted online, shipped, mounted and balanced for was less. Way Way LESS! I decided that after years of using them I would let them align my one car. They found a bad part. They said the car was not safe and that to finish the alignment I would have to have it fixed. They did quote a price. I let them finish because I was so worried about using an unsafe car. What they did not do was tell me that the car could be put back together and be driven for short time and then fixed. They never said if I did not have the car fixed what would the charges be. That is my fault, buyer beware but if they were honest businessmen they would have volunteered the info. I found out later that they charged me over 190%, thats right 190 percent markup. A $ 55 dollar part, (that was the highest price) I found it for $ 47 at a local NAPA cost me $ 109 plus labor to install. I can no longer recommend a business that overcharges on parts that much. Sorry guys.
