AE is and has been my favorite «all around» shoe brands (Chi — town based, btw) since the days when my shoe size matched my age.
Glad to see the store at The Summit gives me another fairly close venue for a little personal care. The other one for me is the store in Nashville in green Hills.
Josh currently manages this place and is pretty swift about getting recrafted soles back to you, about 3 weeks on the dot. It used to take up to six weeks. This store was also kind enough to search for a then on-​sale pair of grey 5th avenues with a AA heel… and found them for me, like two weeks after I asked.
In-​store sales are few and far between but the salespeople let you know ahead of time. Good enough for me.
