Birmingham Door to Door came to our rescue last weekend when our van broke down in Birmingham, Alabama! Jim was extremely helpful and courteous and the driver that picked us up, Larry, was the best! His vehicle was super clean and he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He went above and beyond to be helpful. I can’t say enough good things!

I’ve used them a few times and every time its perfect service. The drivers are on time and polite. They all have great knowledge of the fastest routes and always get you there on time. The pick up from the airports are always perfect. They monitor your flight so they know if you are delayed or early and are always there on time. The driver who picks you up will text you when you land and let you know exactly where he is waiting. The driver that picked me up both times was super nice and just a great guy, He was an older gentleman and always had a smile on his face. I recommend them to literally all my friends when they need a shuttle. The one thing I would improve is answering the phone to schedule shuttles. You tend to have to call 2 – 3 times staggered to get through to someone. Overall a AMAZING service and I will for sure be using them for years to come!

The driver got to my hotel 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and he was very nice.
What’s more, he charged me 35 $ for the service which another air shuttle asked for $ 40. I will definitely use Birmingham Door To Door again when I need a taxi.
