Helpful and proficient. Capable of going above and beyond. Pretty reasonable for tech geeks. Somewhat pricey, but this is Birmingham. I will be going back with whatever the next problem may be. You should, too.

Very disappointed with the service. Dropped of PC on Wednesday and was told to expect a call by Thursday afternoon. Saturday rolled around and still no word. Called and learned that they couldn’t duplicate my problems. Never going back.
