Had an appointment set up for a 5pm tow, never heard from them, never showed up. Bummer. I’m on the phone right now with them to see what happened and I’ve been put on hold twice.

Customer service? Don’t count in it, what you will find are rude drivers that treat you as an inconvenience. Yes, I purposely locked my keys in the car to ruin your day Mr truck driver. I’m sorry I won’t do it next time, and if I do I’ll make sure I don’t bother you or anyone you work with.
