Arrived on time. The driver called and kept me aware of their arrival time. The company starts the cost from leaving their office so be sure and build that time into the 2 hour minimum charge. It is well explained how it all works.
Two strong young men worked the furniture move. They made sure what was to be accomplished and they were aware of the time and it’s cost. Very careful while working on the new hard wood floors. We moved mattresses and they kept them clean. Also you can buy plastic covers for them to be transported in.
I would use the company again and I would recommend the company. Just make sure you ask questions so the dispatcher can help with time needed to do your moving.
