5 stars for the great management, staff, service, cleanliness, and of course, food! This is by far my favorite Chick-​fil-​A. The staff is phenomenal! They are so friendly and personable. I eat breakfast at this location several times a week and the staff has gone above and beyond to remember my name and my order. Not only is this location exceptionally clean, but it is extremely efficient as well. I am in and out of the door within minutes! I am so lucky I work right across the street from my favorite breakfast spot in Birmingham! If you are ever in downtown Birmingham, I guarantee you that a visit to this Chick-​fil-​A will leave you with a smile on your face!

It’s a Chick-​Fil-​A! My son really wanted to try it. Chick-​Fil-​A billboards are plastered all over town so they were working on his subconscious. I had a spicy chicken sandwich which wasn’t that spicy. Waffle fries are OK. There was a nice older man roaming around the place checking on people and opening he door. Nice Southern touch. I guess it’s a Chick-​Fil-​A thing. I would have liked something local but sometimes you have to give in to your kids.

This Chick-​fil-​a location is tucked into downtown on 5th Avenue North across from the Harbert Plaza. The restaurant offers the familiar CFA menu selections in a slightly cramped environment. It’s very busy over the lunch hour the three or four times I’ve been by, and although seating takes up a significant amount of floorspace in the establishment, an open table can be hard to find. The service is courteous and friendly, but a little rushed because of the high volume of customers.
