These are the nicest people!!! I come here almost every workday morning simply because I love starting my day in such a positive place. I left the 5-Points Starbucks for this Dunkin and have never looked back.

I’m from NE so I know my Dunks. And while some locations suffer due to poor service — doesn’t matter here because it’s the only one in the area. That said they have yet to get my coffee right but if you complain they look so confused. They also take another 20 min to fix their mistake, which is always made. The service is awful and it doesn’t matter when I come in. Always bad. Like it’s such a big problem for them to work efficiently or be friendlier. I decided today I’m done. I will stop in and grab ground coffee to make at home but this location will get zero more of my business. Shame.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast sandwich options I’ve tried here – look beyond the obvious donuts and give them a try! Drive-thru is clutch for this location.

I like coffee. Sorry… I love coffee. Warning: Don’t talk to me/engage me in deep conversation pre-cup of Joe in the morning, or you might not ever want to talk to me again. That being said, sometimes I need something a little stronger than my k-cups at home. Dunkin’ Donuts is conveniently located near UAB, and with a drive-thru, it’s a hoppin’ spot around 8AM. So hoppin’ that the drive-thru line is usually holding up traffic on 6th Avenue! Sometimes the line can take FOREVER, and I’ve often been tempted to just drive off, but then I’m reminded of the caffeine, and steer my car back in the line. Perhaps non-peak times are better.

A spilled my entire piping hot extra large coffee over the entire floor of my car. DD staff was super nice and friendly. When I went back to give me napkins and fresh cup of coffee. Although it doesn’t make my car any cleaner, it sure made me feel a lot bette. The food was served hot and fresh. Great place! Happened 11/17/2012

If I could give a zero stars I would. The last time we came here, the cashier was being rude and yelling at someone who was trying to get a coffee refill. Tonight we went at 7:50 and they told us they are closed. They close at 8 pm. They wouldn’t serve us and said they have no product. Horrible, terrible service. They don’t care about customers.

I’m here at least 3 times a week because I love the coffee. Way better coffee than Starbucks, and it’s much cheaper. The DD Perks app is the way to go because they’re always offering drink specials. The only thing I’ve particularly noticed with most DD locations is that the service is so slow! It’s unfortunate, but I feel like the inside just doesn’t have a good system for taking orders and producing drinks. Either that, or in general the entire store is understaffed. That being said, I can put up with a wait when I’m constantly getting free/discounted coffees through the perks app.

Of all the DD ive been in my life, this one clearly is the worse of ALL. In general, i believe the service in every DD ive been too it has been excellent. This location, is different. They are very slow, half of the time food taste like leftovers. The ammount of times ive receive wrong order is also to mention. I do like their coffee but i have decided not to eat more at this DD location, too risk. Although location is optimal, considering is next to medical center, DD needs to call administrator and tell him he is not doing a good job. Coffee is good as always. Letting down DD brand

After living in Atlanta where Dunkin’ is THE place to go for coffee, it was strange to me the looks I got when I recommended it for a quick Saturday morning. DUNKIN’ DONUTS(GENERAL): I know it’s a chain, but they really offer a wonderful selection of donuts for every taste. Although I’d rather go to Krispy Kreme or a mom n’ pop shop for old fashion glazed, I always B-line to Dunkin’ for their toasted coconut flavor and(more recently) the pumpkin pie flavor. Similar to pizza, to each his own– some people like donuts light and melty, but I like the dense, cake and sour cream donuts, which seems to be Dunkin’s specialty! THISLOCATION: Nice size– not too crowded on a Saturday morning. The tables were a little dirty even though the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything behind the counter. On that note, I found the staff to be… distracted. I felt rude ordering, like I was interrupting their conversation. A customer should never feel that way.

The staff is always friendly and they have lots of other food besides donuts that is actually quite good. I particularly enjoy the chicken salad on croissant with a sweet tea. You can get in and out rather quickly as well. I do recommend going inside. The drive through can be kind of arduous.

Very friendly staff, glad I found thus location downtown! My order is normally correct, just make sure you tell them if you like the sweet or unsweetened caramel flavor! The donuts are always soft and delicioso! If you fill out the online survey listed at the bottom of your receipt, you receive a free donut! I do that every time and now I only pay for my coffee. Well worth a free donut for feeling out a short survey! Love you dunkins & thanks for being consistent!

they are always out of something and the service is TERRIBLE. it has gotten to the point that we guess what will go wrong before we go in. its a fun little game. donuts and coffee are hard to mess up though(although they try!) so i still go from time to time.

Be careful and watch your server– i saw one repeatedly handle money from dozens of customers and each time, turn around with the same gloved hand, pick up donuts and food, turn around handle money and repeat– a serious health code violation. They have boxes of wax paper next to all the donuts so it’s sanitary but this person did not use them. Report this kind of stuff to their manager. On a side note, coffee is incredibly weak– adding an espresso shot turns it into real coffee, otherwise it’s just watered down coffee. Donuts good as always and bagels are excellent.

The first Dunkin in the area is a decent little place. I’m confused by everyone that says this is the best coffee they’ve had, but I’ll concede it’s pretty good for a chain place. The donuts are as to be expected – they’re more dense than Krispy Kreme, but still plenty sweet to pack a morning sugar rush. The parking lot is good-sized and looks to be shared with the Fish Market next door. There’s a few tables and stools inside if you’re up for sticking around, as well as a drive-thru for quick trips.
