Ok. from the outside, i would’ve kept driving (hey maybe even sped up a little), I ended up going on a lunch date here. I went around 2 or 3pm ish. I ordered the quesadilla, with chicken. and the queso dip. The queso dip was hot the chips were good and fresh. Thequesdilla was good too! I would probably eat here again…

This looked like an okay place to eat Mexican, but the food sucked. The chips were cold but the salsa was okay. Not very spicy, but okay.
My «Tacos al Carbon» was chicken, WTF! I thought about pulling someone aside and exlaining what tacos al carbon contains (marinated sirloin).
However, this was probably at least 50% my fault for not figuring out that this is a burritios, enchiladas and tacos full of ground beef and it’s all covered in Velveeta sort of place. I’m not sure that the chicken had been marinated or seasoned at all. The rice and beans weren’t good either — both were very bland and the beans were thin. Come here for some crappy TexMex.
