Hoover Glass Services is the best glass company in Alabama. I had Oscar come to my house to measure for a shower and he was very professional and courteous. He took his time and answered all of my questions. Laurie called me with the quote and I was so thrilled with the price! I have now had two frameless showers put in, some mirrors with frames installed, and some windows replaced. I will definitely be a loyal customer. I have also recommended them to ALL of my friends.

As a loyal customer of 12 yrs and many misc jobs. The new owner refused to correct problems from 2 recent jobs. They were rude and blamed me for their errors and never offered to inspect or repair them. After telling them I would no longer use them. They did not even care to apologize and simply replied FINE.
